AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AMENDED ORDINANCE NO. 3238-1977 COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE
SALARY AND POSITION ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, INDIANA, ADOPTED
AUGUST 1, 1977.
BE IT ORDANINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana:
SECTION 1. PARK AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT
1. One (1) Park Patrol @ $10,945.00 to be increased to two (2)
Park Patrol @ $7,500.00.
2. Delete the position and salary of one (1) General
Maintenance @ $6,490.00.
3. Add the positions and salaries of two (2) SWAC
Supervisors @ $7,280.00.
4. Delete the position and salary of one (1) General
Maintenance @ $8,110.00.
5. Delete the position and salary of Assistant Animal
Caretaker @ $8,110.00.
6. Add the position and salary of one (1) SWAC
Director @ $7,280.00.
7. Delete the position and salary of one (1) Assistant
Rose Arborist @ $6,945.00.
8. Add the position and salary of one (1) Assistant
Greenskeeper @ $6,240.00.
9. Delete the position of one (1) Assistant Greenskeeper
@ $7,590.00.
10. Add the position and salary of one (1) General
Maintenance, Glen Miller @ $9,290.00.
11. Delete the position and salary of two (2) SWAC
Directors @ $3,070.00.
12. Delete the position and salary of one (1) Animal
Caretaker @ $9,090.00.
SECTION 2. Be it further ordained that such salaries be provided for, as herein
above set forth, in the budget for the City of Richmond, Indiana, for the
year 1978.
