A RESOLUTION:
PURSUING THE DEVELOPMENT OF AN ANNUAL REPORT FOR THE
TOWN OF LEESBURG
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Town Council to pursue the development of an annual report
for the Town; and
WHEREAS, Town staff made a presentation at the August 7, 2006 Town Council Work Session
and provided three examples of annual reports, including calendar-based, book-type and web-based
reports.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The Town Council hereby authorizes staff to pursue the development of a web-
based annual report for the Town.
SECTION II. The Town Council hereby authorizes the Town Manager to designate funding for
the development of the aforementioned annual report.
