AP seconded. 5 yes. 7:20 Brewster Farms-tobacco violation Motion: JR-fine $100.00 for violation. KJ seconded. 5 yes. 7:30 Kyle Parker-Brewster Express-discuss renovations-food establishment application Mr. Parker was reprimanded by the Board for not following the correct procedure when doing any renovations to an establishment. 7:40 Heidi Govoni-26 Edwards Drive-oil tank variance request Motion: JH-approve variance request. KJ seconded. 5 yes. 7:50 Clay Foster-116 Snow Road-request to keep existing septic for addition Motion: JR-approve request. AP seconded. 5 yes. 8:00 Cornell-20 Turning Mill Road-request to amend septic application Motion: JH-deny request. JR seconded. 5 yes. 8:10 Linda Bender-massage establishment application Motion: JH-approve application pending septic review. JR seconded. 5 yes. 1. Discuss Water Quality Review proposed bylaw comments for Planning Board There was a lengthy discussion on this issue. The Board voted to support the nomination for a DCPC for the Groundwater Protection District. A letter to the Board of Selectmen will be written. W W W.TOWN.BREWS'fER.MA.US Bills to be paid: 1.
