Home My Public Portal About101-2002 - 2002 Budget Amendment - Human Rights (Ord No 67-2001) ORDINANCE NO- 101 - 2002 AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 2002 BUDGET WHEREAS, Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana adopted a budget for calendar year 2002; and WHEREAS, Common Council has determined it necessary to transfer money from one major budget classification to another within a department or office; and WHEREAS, the transfer does not require the expenditure of more money than the total amount set out in the budget as finally determined under Indiana Code 6-1.1-1-1 et seq.; and WHEREAS, this transfer may be made under Indiana Code 6-1.1-18-6 without notice and without the approval of the State Board of Tax Commissioners. NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the 2002 Budget be amended as follows: A. General Fund – Human Rights 1. Delete $500.00 from Technical Services Existing account no. 101.01.002.210.000.3170 2. Delete $150.00 to Postage Existing account no. 101.01.002.210.000.3220 3. Delete $1,100.00 from Travel Existing account no. 101.01.002.210.000.3240 4. Delete $2,325.35 from Contractual Printing Existing account no. 101.01.002.210.000.3320 5. Delete $250.00 from Subscription and Dues Existing account no. 101.01.002.210.000.3910 6. Delete $450.00 from Other Contractual Services Existing account no. 101.01.002.210.000.3990 7. Delete $1,000.00 from Furniture & Fixtures Existing account no. 101.01.002.210.000.4420 8. Add $5,492.75 to Part Time Salaries Existing account no. 101.01.002.210.000.1198 9. Add $222.14 to Social Security Existing account no. 101.01.002.210.000.1220 10.
