APPOINTING RICHARD PORGORZELSKI TO THE POSITION
OF LABORER
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Laborer in the Department of Streets and Roads
of the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, Richard Porgorzelski has been serving in this position for six months;
and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret that an appointment
be made to this position;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that
RICHARD PORGORZELSKI
is hereby appointed tb the position of Laborer in the Department of Streets and
Roads in the Borough of Carteret, effective immediately.
Adopted this 27'da day of December, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the original
on December 28, 1995.
