REJECTING BIDS FOR RE-ROOFING FIRE AND POLICE
HEADQUARTERS AND AUTHORIZING PURCHASING AGENT
TO RE-ADVERTISE SAME
WHEREAS, on November 20, 1995 bids were received for re-roofing Fire and
Police Headquarters; and
WHEREAS, the Governing Body has ?eviewed said bids and find them not to be
satisfactory and/or within budgetary consideration;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVE]) that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret hereby reject said bids and authorize the Purchasing Agent to re-
advertise for bids on re-roofing Fire and Police Headquarters.
Adopted this 27~ day of December, 1995
and certified as a true copy of the original
on December 28, 1995.
