Present: Dan Brightman, Chairman, James Reynolds, Keith Johnson, Andrew Petty, Nancy Ellis Ice, Health
Director and Tammi Mason, Administrative Clerk
1. Cape Cod Engineering-variance request for 0 Bates Lane
The Engineer asked that this be postponed until the May meeting.
2. Alan & Estelle Limer-request for variance to 300' regulation for 111 Canoe Pond Drive
Motion: JR-grant variance. AP seconded. 4 yes.
3. Food Establishment permit application -new operators of Reef Cafe
Motion: AP-grant permit. KJ seconded. 4 yes.
4. Richard Judd-discuss bedroom definition
RJ spoke to the Board about his concerns with the definition and homes that are in the Zone 2 area. The
Board asked that NI have Town Counsel come in to a meeting to help with wording with regards to this area.
5. Roy Pitchford-failure to renew barn permit
Mr. Pitchford did not show up.
Motion: JR-start process with Town Counsel to take him to court if he does not renew
the permit. AP seconded. 4 yes.
6. Joanne Maclellan-failure to renew barn permit
Ms. Maclellan did renew her permit.
7. Norma Jean Anderson-failure to renew food permit
Motion: JR-start process with Town Counsel to take her to court if she does not
renew the permit. AP seconded. 4 yes.
8. Frank Burgess-failure to renew food permits
Motion: JR-start process with Town Counsel to take him to court if he does not renew
the permits. AP seconded. 4 yes.
9. Sheila Early-Berry-non compliance of Board of Health order to do repairs
It was noted that a return receipt was not received by the Health Department for this certified letter.
