TOWN HALL, ROOM A
Present: Dan Brightman, Chairman, Joanne Hughes, Vice Chairman, James Reynolds,
Keith Johnson, Andrew Petty, Nancy Ellis Ice, Health Director, Sherrie McCullough,
Assistant Health Director, Elizabeth Haskill, Contract Nurse and Lynda Costa, Medical
Reserve Corps. Volunteer Coordinator.
1. Meet 8v Greet the MRC volunteers
Introductions were done between Board, volunteers, EH and LC
2. Update on Brewster's Emergency Plan
EH gave a presentation to the volunteers and the Board of Health. She went over
emergency planning 8s operations, gave an overview and an update of works in progress.
LC spoke about how all the towns on the Cape have volunteers and there was a recent
training session. She spoke about what she does; accepts and processes applications, does
Cori's 8v Sori's, and coordinates trainings. She is working on liabilities and is close to a
resolution. She spoke about recruitment ideas and stated that she is working on a local
website. There is a national MRC website.
