6. East Cape Engineering-request to keep existing septic system for addition & to allow
the system to be less than 300' away from pond
7. Discuss Pets Banned from Beaches regulation 8s opinion from Town Counsel
8. Lisa Lyons-variance request for 2146 Main Street
9. J.M. O'Reilly- request to have septic system less than 300' from pond
10. Charles Madansky-request to use existing septic system for addition
11. Discuss letter from Victor Staley re: Oceanside Septic
12. Semi Public beach organizations that have not enrolled in testing program
13. Discuss memo from Art Romme and letter from Zisson 8s Veara re: oil tanks
14. Discuss letter from Agricultural Commission
15. Discuss proposed subdivision regulation
