CITY OF TIFFIN IOWA RESOLUTION NO. 2005- 19 y
A RESOLUTION, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2005-_1_6__ BY AUTHORIZING
THE EXECUTION OF THE ATTACHED DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT FOR
TIMBER RIDGE VIEW, A SUBDIVISION TO TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA.
WHEREAS, the City desires to amend Resolution No. 2005- 16 passed on
Mayy95 . 2005 , 2005, approving the preliminary plat of Timber Ridge View and
authorizing the entering into of a Developer's Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT:
1. The City restates its approval of the preliminary plat for Timber Ridge View; and
2. The City rejects any previous: "drafts" of a Developer's Agreement with the
Developer of Timber Ridge View subdivision and hereby authorizes Mayor Pro -tem Karin Dils
and City Clerk Margaret Reihman to enter into -the. attached, Developer's Agreement.
3. All other provisions of the Resolution No. 2005- 16 remain the same.
ON THE 15th day of June 2005, at a special meeting of the Tiffin City -Council, Councilperson
Gericke introduced A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 2005-
_16 BY AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE ATTACHED DEVELOPER'S
AGREEMENT FOR TIMBER RIDGE- VIEW, A SUBDIVISION TO TIFFIN, JOHNSON
COUNTY, IOWA., and made a, motion for approval. The motion was seconded by
Councilperson Bartels
Ayes: Huedepohl, Gericke, Bartels and Dils

Motion carried.
WHEREUPON, the Mayor Protem declared that the RESOLUTION' AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO. 2005- 16 BY AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF THE
ATTACHED DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT FOR TIMBER RIDGE VIEW, A
SUBDIVISION TO TIFFIN, JOHNSON COUNTY, IOWA, be adopted and signified her
approval of the same by affixing her signature thereto.
PASSED, by the Council on the 15th day of `June 2005, and approved by the Mayor Pro Tem on
