1. Eagle Surveying-18 John Wings Lane, request to keep SAS less than 300' from pond
Leaching has failed and needs to be upgraded. It will be within 300' from the pond.
Motion: KJ-approve variance request. ~1P seconded. 3 yes.
Documents to be signed: KJ-approved regulation. AP seconded. 3 yes.
1. Zone II Deed Restriction regulation
Informational items:
1. 2008 Board of Health Reporting Requirements for DPH
2. Testing results for 1597 Long Pond Road
3. Information on Excavation and Trench Safety Regulation

Add on's
NI explained to the Board that Robert B. Our Co. would like to dump waste a sites other than Tri-Town. The
previous Board had required companies to come before the Board for permission to do this. The Board agreed
that since they did not have the right to say no to this request, they would rescind the requirement that
companies come to the Board for this.
