A RESOLUTION:
ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, RELEASING THE
PERFORMANCE GUARANTEES AND APPROVING MAINTENANCE
GUARANTEES FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AT POTOMAC STATION
SECTIONS SA AND SC
WHEREAS, Engle HomesNirginia, Inc. the developer of the Potomac Station SA and SC has
completed the public improvements in accordance with approved plans and Town standards and these
have been inspected and approved; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Engineering and Public Works recommends accepting the public
improvements and approving maintenance guarantees for the Potomac Station Sections SA and Sc.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council ofthe Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The corporate surety bonds from the Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of
America in the amount of $1IS,S96.50 for Section SA; and in the amount of $34,S04.30 for Section SC
are released, and new securities in a form approved by the Town Attorney for maintenance guarantees in
the amount of $59,44S.25 for Section SA; and in the amount of $17,402.15 for Section SC from the Bond
Safeguard Insurance Company are approved, and shall be in effect for a period of one year from this date.
SECTION II. This release is contingent upon delivery of a properly executed instrument
conveying unto the Town all such improvements and easements free of any liens or charges.
