CITY OF TIFFIN IOWA RESOLUTION NO. 2006-8
A RESOLUTION SETTING FEES FOR PUBLIC AND PRIVATE
PARADES AND ASSEMBLIES IN THE CITY OF TIFFIN
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin does regulate private and public
parades and assemblies within the City of Tiffin, Iowa.

AND WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin does administer the permission
of such events for the safety and welfare of the community
AND. WHEREAS, the costs associated in any manner with
enforcement and administration of such private and/or public parades and or
assemblies should be borne by the parties participating, in such events
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TIFFIN;
Thdt fees and costs as associated shall be collected as herein noted upon
resolution of the City Council and known as "Schedule of Fees for Parades
and Assemblies" and is hereby adopted by the Tiffin City Council.
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 8th DAY OF March , 2006.
