WHEREAS, it has been determined that it is now necessary to appropriate more money than was appropriated in the annual budget; NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED THAT COM1,90N COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHMOND, WAYNE COUNTY, INDIANA: SECTION 1. That for the expenses of said municipal corporation the following additional sums of money are hereby appropriated and ordered set apart out of the several appropriations, herein named and for the purpose herein specified, subject to the laws governing the same: AMOUNT AMOUNT MUNICIPAL AIRPORT FUND REQUESTED APPROPRIATION 2-3-0-5-0-5300 Refunds, Awards, Indemnities $ 20,000. $ 20,000. Total $ 20,000. $ 20,000. SECTION 2. WHEREAS, it has been shown that certain existing appropriations now have unobligated balances which will not be needed for the purposes for which appropriated it is further ordained that the following existing appropriations be reduced in the following amounts. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effedt from and after its passage and approval by the Mayor and is subject to the laws of the State of Indiana governing emergency appropriations. City November 6, 1978 , at the hour of 7:30 p.m. Councilman Austerman presided with the following members present: Messrs. Ahaus Carter , Elstro Merchanthouse Mills Paust , Welch , Williams Absent: None , The following business was had to -wit: (OTHER BUSINESS HAD) The Clerk presented proof of publication of Notice to Taxpayers printed in the Richmond Palladium Item, a newspaper of general circulation in the City of Richmond, Indiana, on the dates of October 25th and November lst Said notices stated that a public hearing would be held on the 6th day of November, 1978 , by the Common Council to consider additional appropria- tions as provided for in Ordinance No. 103-1978 , within the City of Richmond, Indiana. The proof of publication and posting of notices were examined and found to be correct and in order. Councilman Mills moved the proof of publication and posting of notices be received and ordered filed, . seconded by Councilman Welch and on voice vote the motion was carried.
