AN ORDINANCE TO APPROPRIATE THE 1979 BUDGET OF THE SURPLUS BARRETT LAW FUND.
SECTION 1. BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana,
that there be, and thereis hereby appropriated out of the Barrett Law Department
for the year 1979 as follows:
