A RESOLUTION: REQUESTING THE VIRGINIA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
TO ACCEPT CERTAIN STREETS
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) is requested to accept into the VDOT arterial
and secondary system .20 lane miles of Planters Grove Court (60'width); .24 lane miles of Old English Court
(41' width); .50 lane miles of Hutchinson Place (60' width); .18 lane miles of Tennessee Drive (60' width);
,14 lane miles of Elia Court (50' width); .30 lane miles of Shana Drive (60' width); .36 lane miles of Roy
Court (50' width); .40 lane miles of Claude Court (50' width); .28 lane miles of Muffin Court (50' width);
.38 lane miles of Max Court (50' width); .18 lane miles of Mindy Drive (50' width); .34 lane miles of
Rosebrook Court (50' width); .10 lane miles of General Court (50' width).
PASSED this 20th day of February 2007.
