A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ADVERTISE A NOTICE
OF PUBLIC HEARING FOR ADJUSTMENTS TO WATER AND
SEWER USER FEES
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Council of the Town of Leesburg to consider reduction
of rates charged to out-of-town water and sewer customer;
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that the
Town Manager is authorized in accordance with ~15.2-107 of the Code of Virginia to publish or
cause to be published a notice of public hearing on the proposed water and sewer rates to be held
at 7:30 o'clock p.m. or as soon as thereafter as the matter may be heard on March 13, 2007
before the Town Council in the Council Chambers, Town Hall, 25 West Market Street,
Leesburg, VA.
