RESOLUTION NO. 2016-02-02
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
FOR ENERPRISE FUND CONSULTING SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER,
COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for enterprise fund
consulting services in accordance with the attached proposal.
2. Include considerations of out of town service along with an explanation for possible
premium.
3. Include consideration of application of commercial rates to mixed use,
live/work/apartments.
4. Authorized expenditures shall not exceed the approved the amount of $20,000 for the
work as outlined.
