A RESOLUTION: RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 2007-31 AUTHORIZING THE
TOWN MANAGER TO ADVERTISE A NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARING FOR EXAMINING THE STRUCTURE OF CURRENT
WATER AND SEWER RATES FOR IN-TOWN AND OUT -OF- TOWN
CUSTOMERS
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Council of the Town of Leesburg to examine the
structure of current water and sewer rates for in-Town and out-of- Town customers.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that the
Town Council hereby rescinds Resolution No. 2007-31 and the Town Manager is authorized in
accordance with S 15 .2-107 of the Code of Virginia to publish or cause to be published a notice
of public hearing for examining the structure of current water and sewer rates for in-Town and
out-of-Town customers to be held at 7:30 o'clock p.m. or as soon as thereafter as the matter may

be heard on March 13, 2007 before the Town Council in the Council Chambers, Town Hall, 25
West Market Street, Leesburg, V A.
