HomeMy Public PortalAbout2007_02_27_r037 The Town of Leesburg, Virginia PRESENTED February 26. 2007 ADOPTED February 26. 2007 A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING TOWN STAFF TO COOPERATIVELY WORK WITH LCSA TOWARD EXPLORING THE FEASIBILITY OF A COMBINED AND SHARED WASTEWATER CONVEYANCE SYSTEM FOR LOWER SYCOLIN CREEK SEWER SHED (LSCSS). RESOLUTION NO. 2007-37 WHEREAS, on February 12, 2007 Deputy General Manager of Loudoun County Sanitation Authority (LCSA), Mr. Richard A. Thoesen presented a proposal for possibility of a single, shared wastewater conveyance system for the LSCSS to serve both the Town's Joint Land Management Area (JLMA) and the County's Transition Policy Area (TPD). THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of Town of Leesburg in Virginia that the Town Manager is authorized to work in conjunction with LCSA to explore the feasibility of this combined and shared wastewater conveyance system for LSCSS.
