A RESOLUTION: ADOPTION OF LEESBURG EXECUTIVE AIRPORT MASTER
PLAN (SERVICE PLAN) UPDATE
WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg has executed an Airport Improvement Program grant
agreement 3-51-0027-025 for an Update Airport Master Plan Study on February 13,2003; and
WHEREAS, the Airport Master Plan (service plan) Update effort has been conducted in
accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations: and
WHEREAS, the final version of the Airport Master Plan (service plan) Update was
completed in December of 2006: and
WHEREAS, the Airport Master Plan Update (service plan) is in conformance with the
Town of Leesburg 2005 Town Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Airport Commission and the Airport Director recommend the adoption
of this Airport Master Plan (service plan) Update.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that the
Airport Master Plan (service plan) Update for the Leesburg Executive Airport be adopted.
PASSED this 13th day of March 2007.
