Be it resolved by the Council of the Zbwn of Wellsburg, Iowa;
That, All ablebodied male residents, between the age of 21 years '
and 45 years of age, shall between the 1st day of Feb and the 1st day of
October of the year 1934, pay the sum of �3.00 to the Town Clerk as
a Poll tax for the year 1934.
