A RESOLUTION APPROVING NEW SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR
THE CITY OF TIFFIN IN CONJUNCTION WITH CITY
PROCEDURES AND ACTIONS AND PROVIDING FOR SCHEDULE
OF SAME FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin does provide service to citizens and concerned
parties in the execution of governing the City of Tiffin for the purpose of increasing the
benefit and good for the citizens of the community.
AND WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin does realize costs associated with the
performance of these governing activities
AND WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin does agree that the parties directly' requesting
assistance, help, or governance should pay partially.or completely for,these same

services.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Tiffin, Iowa,
that the City shall implement a schedule of fees, hereafter called the "Schedule of Fees"
as attached hereto for the purpose of assessing and collecting any and all costs that may
be incurred by any party or citizen for any legal municipal purpose. This Schedule of
Fees may be altered from time to time by resolution of the City Council.

Tiffin City Council, Tiffin, Iowa, Councilperson Di 1 s
introduced; -A RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEW SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR THE
CITY OF� TIFFIN IN CONJUNCTION WITH CITY PROCEDURES AND ACTIONS
AND PROVIDING FOR SCHEDULE OF SAME FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN. The
motion was seconded by Councilperson
