A RESOLUTION: TO A WARD A LEASE TO SHARED FLIGHT, LLC FOR OFFICE
SPACE IN THE AIRPORT TERMINAL
WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg advertised for bids concerning the vacant airport
terminal office space in the hopes of attracting new business to the Leesburg Executive Airport
and did receive a single bid package, and
WHEREAS, the Town and Airport Staff have reviewed the bid package and found it to
be consistent with the bid requirements, and
WHEREAS, the Airport Director has presented these facts to the Airport Commission
during their March 7, 2007 meeting, and
WHEREAS, the Airport Commission is recommending unanimously that the Town
Council award the use of the larger office space (1,188 square feet) to Shared Flight, LLC and
that this bid is consistent with the bid requirements.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that the
larger office space consisting of 1,188 square feet be awarded to Shared Flight, LLC.
PASSED this 2ihday of March 2007.
