A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING A LETTER SUPPLEMENT TO THE VIRGINIA
ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY (VEPCO) AGREEMENT
DATED JUL Y 27, 2001 FOR THE PROVISION OF ELECTRIC
SERVICE TO THE KENNETH B. ROLLINS WATER FILTRATION
PLANT
WHEREAS, the Town has requested electric service from Dominion Virginia Power
(DVP) for new facilities located at the Kenneth B. Rollins Water Filtration Plant; and
WHEREAS, this Letter Supplement is consistent with the terms and conditions contained
in the July 27,2001 VEPCO Electric Service Agreement.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that the
Town Manager is hereby authorized to execute a Letter Supplement to the July 27,2001 Electric
Service Agreement with Dominion Virginia Power, in a form approved by the Town Attorney,
for the provision of electric service to the Kenneth B. Rollins Water Filtration Plant.
