BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to thepmvisionsofNJ.S-A. 40A:5-21 a Petty Cash Fund be
established for the Bolough of Cmlelet upon Ii,al approval fi'om the Division of Local Government
Services; and
WlIEREAS, said Pelty Cash Fmul will be maintained and accounted for by the Purchasing
I)epartmenl in the amotml of $250 00; and
WlIEREAS, the Custodian of said fired will bebonded with co~po~a~esu~etyin the amount of
$1,000.00.
