A RESOLUTION: APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OF $2,000 RESULTING
FROM DONATIONS TO THE KEEP LEESBURG BEAUTIFUL COMMUNITY
CLEAN UP.
WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg works with Keep Loudoun Beautiful, neighborhoods, non-profit
groups, schools, and businesses to implement Keep Leesburg Beautiful, a community clean-up effort; and
WHEREAS, the Town has received a donation of$500 from the Toth Financial Advisory Corp.;
$500 from Vaaler Real Estate Company, Inc.; and; $1000 from Keane Enterprises/Oaklawn II, LLC; and
WHEREAS, the Town also received several in-kind donations from the Environmental Advisory
Commission, Leesburg Citizen Support Team, bottled water from Costco, materials and supplies from the
Environmental Advisory Commission, advertising services and space from the Loudoun Times-Mirror, and
additional orange bags and safety vest from the Virginia Department of Transportation.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION 1. The FY 2006 General Fund Town Manager's Office Budget is hereby amended and an
appropriation is made in the amount of $2,000 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2006 and ending June 30,
2007.
SECTION II. The Town Manager's Office Budget is amended in the amount of $2,000.
