I appreciate the opportunity to present this statement of account proposal. We at AmeriGas are committed to continuing to provide the
highest quality of service that one would expect from Americas #1 propane supplier.
All City of McCall accounts will be maintained on a "Keep Full" basis
Propane Tanks:
AmeriGas will provide necessary above ground tanks to City of McCall rent free. AmeriGas will include all parts and labor
for standard above ground installation of LP system at no charge. This will not include excavation costs or replacement of
underground piping if needed.
AmeriGas will sell underground tanks to the City of McCall at a 15% off retail discounted rate including standard UG
installation at a discounted cost of $150.00, this does not include excavation.
Service Rates:
The AmeriGas service rate for the City of McCall accounts will be $50.00 per hour.
Pricing:
City of McCall pricing will be attached to the State Terminal Index with a price protected margin set at .50 cents per gallon
over terminal cost.
**There are no additional fees.
Term Agreement:
This agreement between the City of McCall and AmeriGas will be one year from the time of signing and will be reviewed
annually by both parties.

formed. If Company is unable to obtain propane from its customary suppliers; experiences terminal, refinery or pipeline disruptions;
allocation programs instituted by pipelines, refiners or other suppliers; or lack of or inadequate transportation facilities, the price set
forth above will be adjusted during the period that this takes place to account for Company's increased expenses in obtaining or trans-
porting propane.
