TOWN OF BREWSTER MINUTES OF PLANNING BOARD
Work Session
Wednesday March 5, 2008 7:00 P.M.
Brewster Town Office Building
Chairman Henchy convened the Planning Board work session at 7:00 pm in the Brewster Town
Office Building with members Taylor, Tubman, Pierce, and Bugle.
Work Session:
I. To review the Rules & Regulations for Wind Turbines and to review the application form
Present for discussion: Jillian Douglass, Peter Soule, Karl Freeman of Clean Energy Design
A review and discussion occurred relating to the proposed application form and the proposed rules and
regulations for the Wind Turbine Bylaw. Changes were noted on the draft forms. It was agreed that the
Planning Board Clerk would make the revisions and the Board would review one more time prior to the
public hearing.
Pierce motioned to adjourn. Tubman seconded.
