HomeMy Public PortalAboutResolutions-2004- 25RESOLUTION # 2004 - APPROVING AWARD OF CONTRACT FOR THE 2004 WATER TREATMENT PLANT - GRADING PROJECT UPON REVIEW OF THE BIDS AND RECOMMENDATION BY THE PROJECT ENGINEER WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Tiffin has received bids for the 2004 Water Treatment Plant — Grading Project; and WHEREAS, the City Council has identified an apparent bidder as having the lowest, most responsible bid; and WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin desires to expedite the contractual process; THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIFFIN: To authorize the Mayor, Glenn R. Potter, and the City Clerk, Margaret Reihman, to sign all necessary notices, documents, and forms of contract, as required and necessary to execute a contract with the lowest bidder, as identified and recommended by the Project Engineer. PASSED AND APPROVED this 12th Day of May, 2004.
