A RESOLUTION: APPROVING A SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION OF $1,500 TO THE
FY 2008 BUDGET RESULTING FROM A DONATION TO THE
COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAM FROM THE HERITAGE
SQUARE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg operates a Community Outreach Program that provides
recreational opportunities to children living within identified neighborhoods within the northeast
quadrant of the Town of Leesburg; and
WHEREAS, the Town has received a donation of$I,500 from the Heritage Square
Homeowners Association in support of the Community Outreach Program.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION 1. The FY 2008 Budget is hereby amended, and an appropriation is made in the
amount of $1 ,500 for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2007 and ending June 30, 2008.
SECTION II. The Community Outreach Program recreation budget for FY 2008 is amended
and increased in the amount of$1,500.
