A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING AN AGREEMENT AND APPROVING A WATER
EXTENSION PERMIT FOR WOLF FURNITURE
WHEREAS, J & D Partnership c/o Wolf Fumiture, Inc., the developer of Wolf Furniture,
has requested approval of a water extension permit for the Wolf Furniture in accordance with the
plans and specifications approved by the Director of Engineering and Public Works for the Wolf
Furniture; and
WHEREAS, Section 19-18 states that no extension of the Town's waterworks shall be
made for the purpose of serving users located within or without the Town, except upon the
approval of such extension by the Council; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Engineering and Public Works recommends approval of a
water extension permit for the Wolf Furniture.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. The extension of municipal water for the Wolf Furniture development is
approved in accordance with Sections 19;.18 of the Town Code.
