RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND FORM OF
CONTRACT FOR THE 2004 IRELAND AVENUE RISE PROJECT

WHEREAS, on the 14`h day of July 2004, plans, specifications and form of contract
were filed with the City of Tiffin, Iowa for the construction of the 2004 Ireland Avenue
RISE Project within the City of Tiffin, Iowa.

WHEREAS, a notice of hearing on these plans, specifications, and form of contract
E was published as'required.by law, now.
THEREFORE, BE ITI RESOLVED, BY The City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the said plans,
specifications and form of contract are hereby approved for said project.
