ARESOLUTION:
SPONSORING A TABLE AT THE LOUDOUN MUSEUM'S LURE OF
LOUDOUN GALA TO BE HELD SEPTEMBER 8, 2007.
WHEREAS, the Loudoun Museum is celebrating its 40th Anniversary and 250 years of Loudoun
County people, places and culture with the Lure ofLoudoun Gala and;
WHEREAS, the Town Council wishes to provide sponsorship of the event at the $2,500 level;
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town ofLeesburg in Virginia to provide
sponsorship ofthe Loudoun Museum's Lure ofLoudoun Gala at the $2,500 level which provides the
following benefits to the Town:
· Town will be listed in the Museum news letter articles and on the website
· Town is entitled to a ~ page ad (5 ~ x 8 ~) in the Gala program book
· Town will be displayed on a Thank You banner
· Town will receive a table for ten guests
· Table hosts will be invited to a VIP Reception prior to dinner
· Town will receive and autographed book, "The Lure ofLoudoun"
The Gala is to be held September 8, 2007 with the Reception starting at 6:30 PM and the Formal Dinner at
8:00 PM.
