WIMREAS, on the 14 to day of July 2004, plans, specifications and form of contract
were filed with the City of Tif6n,,Iowa for the construction of the 2004 Ireland Avenue
RISE Project within the City of Tiffin, Iowa.
WHEREAS,, a notice..of hearing on these plans, specifications, and form of contract
was published as require&by law, now.

TTIEREFORE, BE ITIRESOLVED, BY The City of Tiffin, Iowa, that the said plans,
specifications and forms of contract are hereby approved for said project.
