AUTIIOR1ZING PURCIIASING AGENT TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS
FOR ClilEF'S VEHICLE - VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT
WIIEREAS, a need exists I'~ a Chiel~s vehicle tbr the Carteret Volunteer Fire
Company; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to advertise for bids
for said vehicle;
NOW, TItEREFORE, BE 1T RESOLVED that the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret do hereby authorize the Pm chasing Agent of the Borough of
Carteret to advertise for bids for Chiet~s vehicle for the Carteret Volunteer Fire
Department.
Adopted this 18th day of January, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the original
on January 19, 1996.
