A RESOLUTION: APPROVING WATER AND SEWER EXTENSION PERMITS FOR
LEESBURG CENTRAL
WHEREAS, Leesburg Central L.C., the developer of Leesburg Central, has requested
approval of water and sewer extension permits for Leesburg Central in accordance with the plans
and specifications approved by the Director of Engineering and Public Works for Leesburg
Central; and
WHEREAS, Sections 15-9 and 19-18 states that no extension of the Town's waterworks
or sewage works shall be made for the purpose of serving users located within or without the
Town, except upon the approval of such extension by the Council; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Engineering and Public Works recommends approval of
water and sewer extension permits for Leesburg Central.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION 1. The extension of municipal water and sewer for Leesburg Central IS
approved in accordance with Sections 15-9 and 19-18 of the Town Code.
PASSED this 23rd day of October 2007.
