Approve Minutes from November 5,2015
The November 5, 2015 meeting minutes were presented for review. A motion was made by Mark
Thorien to approve the November 5, 2015 meeting minutes. Mike Weiss seconded this motion.
The motion passed unanimously.
ATP 021 –Land Acquisition Update
Nate Coyle provided an update stating that efforts on land acquisition are continuing, and that an
update would be provided to the AAC when available.
Airport Manager Position& Recruitment
Nate Coyle stated that the interview panel had made a selection for a finalist airport manager
candidate,and that the individual would be brought to McCall for a site-visit and final interview.
An invite was extended to the AAC to meet the finalist candidate on Thursday/10 December at
Noon in Legion Hall.
Airport Minimum Standards Review
Nate Coyle presented draft language of proposed revisions to minimum standards. The AAC
provided comments, and Nate Coyle stated that staff would go back and consider the comments
to make additional changes before presenting again to the AAC.
Airport Rules/Regulations Review
Nate Coyle presented draft language of proposed revisions to airport rules/regulations. The AAC
provided comments, and Nate Coyle stated that staff would go back and consider the comments
to make additional changes before presenting again to the AAC.
Lease Rate Analysis Update
Nate Coyle provided copies of appraisal information with a blended and split rate
recommendation to the AAC. It was decided that the group would review the information and
come back in January to discuss further.

AlP 021 –Land Acquisition Update
Nate Coyle provided an update stating that efforts on land acquisition are continuing, and that an
update would be provided to the AAC when available.
Airport Manager Position & Recruitment
Nate Coyle identified that a conditional offer had been presented to a candidate for the airport
manager position, and provided a resume of the individual who had been offered the position. He
stated that an update would be provided to the AAC if the offer were to be finalized with the
candidate.
Engineering Consultant Selection–RFQ Process Update
Nate Coyle provided an update on the RFQ process stating that the review committee had met
and scored the four submissions received. He stated that T-O Engineers received the highest
scoring and that a process to negotiate and present a draft agreement to City Council would
follow the selection.
Airport Minimum Standards and Rules/Regulations Review
John Anderson presented an introductory discussion regarding potential revisions for airport
minimum standards and rules/regulations.No comments regarding the introductory notes were
received during the meeting.Nate Coyle stated that he would coordinate with John to bring draft
language and associated revisions back to the AAC for further review and discussion.
Lease Rate Analysis Update
Nate Coyle provided copies of a split-rate appraisal along with a revised blended rate report to the
group. AAC members agreed that it would be appropriate to review the reports and prepare for
discussion at the next meeting.

Approve Minutes from July 9,2015
The July 9, 2015 meeting minutes were presented for review. A motion was made by
Mark Thorien to approve the July 9, 2015 meeting minutes. Rick Fereday seconded this
motion. The motion passed unanimously.
AIP 021 –Land Acquisition Update
Nate Coyle provided an update stating that efforts on land acquisition are continuing, and
that an update would be provided to the AAC when available.
Airport Manager Position & Recruitment
Nate Coyle identified to the AAC his selection as McCall City Manager and requested a
recommendation from the AAC regarding recruitment of a part-time or full-time
replacement in the Airport Manager position. After discussion on the matter, AAC
members provided unanimous feedback that the position should continue to be full-time.
Based on this feedback,Nate Coyle stated that he would advertise the position as full-
time and ensure that the AAC be involved in the review of candidates. Dan Scott
volunteered to assist with the interview and selection process as a representative from the
AAC.
Airport Open House Follow-Up/Report
Nate Coyle provided an update to the airport open house/fly-in which was held in
August. He stated that the event was well attended by the public in the early hours of
Saturday morning and that most of the populace left the airport as temperatures increased
throughout the day. Nate Coyle mentioned that perhaps a shorter timeline of events might
be better suited in future. Mike Anderson recommended that the event be targeted as a
fly-in or open house in the future and not a combination of these two events in future
years.
Engineering Consultant Selection–RFQ Process Update
Nate Coyle provided an update on the RFQ process for engineering services and stated
that submittals are due to the City by close of business on 1 September. Following receipt
of submittals, a review committee would review the submissions before recommending
fir selection.

Lease Rate Analysis Update
Nate Coyle stated that he had coordinated with Valbridge Property Advisors and that a
separate review and recommendation of a split-rate is being developed for use by the
group, and that the second portion of this work would be presented to the AAC following
completion.

The June 4, 2015 meeting minutes were presented for review. Two errors in the minutes
were identified for correction. A motion was made by Rick Fereday to approve the June
4, 2015 meeting minutes pending identified corrections. Matt Shaddle seconded this

AIP 021 —Land Acquisition Update
Nate Coyle provided an update stating that an executive session is scheduled to occur
with City Council on July 9, 2015 to discuss the current status and way forward with land
acquisition.
Airport FY16 Budget Proposal Overview
Nate Coyle provided an overview of the proposed FY16 airport budget. He stated that
much of the budget remained the same with few changes due to operational requirements.
Nate Coyle identified that the airport fund would have $300,000 available for capital
expenditure through the FY16 capital plan inclusive of money from the airport fund and a
general fund allocation within FY16.
Airport Lease Rate Model Discussion
Nate Coyle provided a presentation to AAC members to review three lease rate models
available for consideration in the ongoing lease rate analysis process. The three rate
models included a blended lease rate, a split lease rate, and a third split rate option
assessing a rate to developable leasehold parcel with a lower rate assessed to
undevelopable parcel. AAC members discussed each option and identified benefits and
limitations to each model. AAC members stated that they have a desire to view a
recommendation for a split rate in addition to the blended rate recommendation that had
been provided by Valbridge Property Advisors. Nate Coyle stated that he would

FY16 County Airport Levy Update
Nate Coyle stated that he had received an update from Valley County regarding the
allocation of an airport levy to Cascade, Donnelly, and McCall following a presentation
and request for increased funding made to the commissioners in May. The standing
allocation of$27,500 would be increased to $28,200 and McCall's share would be
increased from $15,186 to $15,600 in FY16. Nate Coyle stated that the airport would
plan to begin providing an annual report to the commissioners in an attempt to establish a
better foundation of understanding for the importance of aviation in Valley County.
Airport Fly-in/Open House Update
Nate Coyle provided an update of planning efforts for the pending fly-in/open house on
Saturday/1 August and Sunday/2 August. The update included an airport layout depiction
and list of scheduled events. Nate mentioned that the planning group included
representation from the airport, USFS, McCall Fire Department, McCall Chapter of the
IAA, McCall Aviation, and other community members and pilots.
Engineering Consultant Selection Update
Nate Coyle provided an update to the request for qualifications for airport engineering
consultants stating that the RFQ for submittals would had been released just prior to the
AAC meeting with a 1 September deadline for receipt of submittals.

Hangar Development Proposal Update
Nate Coyle provided an update to a standing proposal for construction of a large hangar
on the airport. The requester, Joe Scott, has inquired as to the potential for relocating the
hangar site to another location north of the proposed location within the triangle section
of the airport. Nate Coyle stated that this request for relocation would be prevented by the
current location of the ASOS and its associated siting criteria. Nate Coyle stated that he is
working with T-O Engineers and the National Weather Service to evaluate any siting
options for siting of the ASOS on airport property which might allow for construction of
a hangar within the northern portion of the triangle section of the airport.

Review/Make Recommendation of Gem Air Commercial Lease—Hangar 101
A draft commercial lease between the City of McCall and Gem Air for utilization of
space in Hangar 101 was presented to the AAC. AAC members had discussion about the
agreement. Mike Weiss asked to confirm that a reasonable parking plan had been
coordinated, and Jo Schroeder state that an agreement with McCall Aviation was being
established to utilize space behind Hangar 102. Nate Coyle identified that a provision
within the agreement had been included, per recommendation of the AAC, to ensure that
the airport manager had final approval authority of the parking plan to be executed by
Gem Air. Mike Weiss made a motion to recommend that the McCall City Council
approve the agreement. Matt Shaddle seconded the motion. The motion passed
unanimously.

Approve Minutes from May 7,2015
The May 7, 2015 meeting minutes were presented for review. A motion was made by
Rick Fereday to approve the May 7, 2015 meeting minutes. Mark Thorien seconded this
motion. The motion passed unanimously.
AIP 021 —Land Acquisition Update
Nate Coyle provided an update stating that landowners have had correspondence with the
City following issuance of a revised offer but that acceptance of the offer had not been
received. It was mentioned that an executed session would be held with City Council on
July 9th to update the Council on the status of the project.
Summer Maintenance Project—Phase II
Nate Coyle stated that a runway closure had been implemented on June 3rd to complete
the final phase of this project through application of a second coat of paint markings. It
was stated that the work was successful and that closeout paperwork would be
coordinated with the FAA to receive final reimbursement on this project.
Valley County Airport Levy Discussion
Nate Coyle stated that a presentation was provided to County Commissioners on
Tuesday/26 May regarding the importance of airports in Valley County. The members in
attendance were Nate Coyle, Mike Anderson, Rick Fereday, and Rob Terry (Mayor of
Cascade). Nate Coyle stated that a request for an increase in funding from the County to
the airports was made at the end of the presentation, and that McCall specifically
requested an increase from $15,186 to $36,000 annually to support the airport. Mike
Anderson and Rick Fereday commented that the presentation and remarks of all involved
seemed to be received well by the Commissioners. Nate Coyle mentioned that he would
plan to begin providing an annual report to the Commissioners in an effort to inform
them of the impact and need of the County's investment in the airport in McCall. Dan
Scott recommended that the same annual report be provided to the State Aeronautics
Board and Nate Coyle concurred that this idea had good value, and stated that he would
plan to do so in the future.

Pending Hangar Sales
Nate Coyle identified the pending hangar sale of Hangar 544 to Loon Mountain Aviation
LLC. The owner of this hangar, Dave Looney, is a pilot and owns a Maul/N1474 which
will be stored in the hangar.
Gem Air Charter Service Proposal Review/Recommendation Request
Dan Scott recused himself from this discussion prior to presentation of this agenda item.
A proposal from Gem Air for commercial operations was presented to the AAC. The
proposal included a request to enter a seasonal commercial lease agreement with the City
of McCall for space within Hangar 101 (owned by the City) for charter operations during
the summer months. AAC members reviewed and discussed the proposal as related to
airport minimum standards, and voiced potential concerns with the proposed parking
plan. It was suggested that Gem Air consider coordinating an agreement with McCall
Aviation for use of parking adjacent to Hangar 101 to ensure a reasonable parking
arrangement for passengers. AAC members recommended inclusion of a vehicle parking
clause within the pending commercial lease agreement where the City would have
authority to approve the parking plan to be utilized by Gem Air. Rick Fereday made a
motion to recommend approval of proposed commercial operations by Gem Air pending
resolution of the identified parking plan concern and pending the AAC's review and
recommended approval of a commercial lease agreement between Gem Air and the City
of McCall. Mike Weiss seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. Nate
Coyle stated that he was awaiting the final draft of a commercial lease agreement and
would schedule a special AAC meeting for review of the agreement prior to presentation
to City Council.
Potential Proposal for Hangar Development
Nate Coyle provided an update to the AAC regarding development and advertisement of
a request for statements of qualifications and experience for airport planning and
engineering services. Nate Coyle state that the RFQE would be published in the Star
News and sent to a short-list of candidates in late June or early July.

Approve Minutes from April 2,2015
Matt Shaddle identified an error in the documented attendance of the April 2, 2015
minutes. A motion was then made by Matt Shaddle to approve the April 2, 2015 meeting
minutes as corrected. Rick Fereday seconded this motion. The motion passed
unanimously.
AIP 021 —Land Acquisition Update
Nate Coyle provided an update stating that revised letters of intent to purchase property
had been provided to landowners in mid-March. He stated that the City is now awaiting a
formal response from landowners as requested by the end of May 2015.
Summer Maintenance Project—Phase II
Nate Coyle provided an update to this project by stating that a runway closure was
scheduled for May 18th from 10:30 AM until 3:30 PM for application of a second coat of
markings to the runway. Nate Coyle stated that an update to this project would be
provided at the next AAC meeting.
Valley County Airport Levy Discussion
Nate Coyle stated that a presentation would be provided to County Commissioners on
Tuesday/26 May at 11:15 AM. This presentation would outline the benefits of airports in
Valley County, and would also request that Commissioners consider the county's
investment in airports given the demonstrated importance and economic/tax contribution
produced by these airports. Nate Coyle stated that a follow-up from this presentation
would be provided at the next AAC meeting.
Pending Hangar Sales
Nate Coyle identified two ongoing hangar sales. These transactions included the sale of
Hangar 526 from Paige Walker to Gerald Wortley (owner of a Cessna 180) and Hangar
541 from Frank Bruneel to Charles Schneider (owner of a Cessna 182). Nate Coyle
identified that the lease transactions for these sales would be presented to City Council on
May 14, 2015.

Gem Air Charter Service Discussion
Nate Coyle presented background information regarding ongoing discussions between
the airport and Gem Air. Gem Air is a commercial operator that is interested in providing
itinerant revenue charter services at the airport in McCall.Nate Coyle asked that AAC
members provide feedback regarding the application of minimum standards to Gem Air's
operations at the airport, and the AAC unanimously stated that Gem Air should meet
minimum standards as outlined for a Specialized Aviation Operations Service (SASO)
providing revenue charter services at the airport. Nate Coyle stated that he would
communicate these requirements to Gem Air and ensure a suitable proposal for use at the
airport be applied to comply with minimum standards.
Potential Proposal for Hangar Development
Nate Coyle stated that the proposal for hangar development by Mr. Scott had been
forwarded to all hangar waiting list members, and that no other requests for development
were received by the deadline afforded. Nate Coyle also stated that the next step would
be submission of an engineered design and site plan for design review.
Airport Lease Rate Analysis
Nate Coyle identified that he had captured comments and concerns from AAC members
following the presentation of an appraisal to recommend lease rates by Joe Corlett and
Paul Dehlin, and that a teleconference had been scheduled with the appraisers on May 10,
2015 to discuss these comments. It was stated that an update to the process would be
provided following completion of this teleconference.
IAA—Treasure Valley Chapter Bike Shed & Bike Share Program Proposal
Nate Coyle identified a proposal from the Treasure Valley Chapter of the IAA for
placement of a shed and bikes on the airport for use by transient pilots at the airport. A
potential location for siting of this shed along the northeastern fence line of the airport
was provided to the AAC. AAC members recommended that the proposed siting location
be moved to a spot adjacent to the walkthrough gate in the McCall Aviation Parking Lot.
It was voiced that this would be a more convenient location for use by transient pilots,
and that this location would mitigate bicycle traffic in front of commercial operators at
the airport. Nate Coyle stated that he would coordinated this recommendation with
McCall Aviation and the IAA.

AIP 021 —Land Acquisition Update
Nate Coyle provided an update stating that revised letters of intent to purchase property
had been provided to landowners in mid-March. He stated that the City is now awaiting a
formal response from landowners.
Summer Maintenance Project—Phase II
Nate Coyle provided an update to this project by stating that the airport would have
access to a crack fill machine in early to mid-May with an anticipated late May
scheduling for application of final markings on the runway and airport surfaces. Nate
Coyle reminded the group that application of final markings on the runway would incur
an estimated four hour closure of the runway.
Valley County Airport Levy Discussion
Nate Coyle stated that he, Mike Anderson, and Rick Fereday continued efforts to review
a potential proposal or presentation for county commissioners. Nate Coyle and Mike
Anderson met with Rob Terry to discuss this effort and Mr. Terry stated that he would be
interested in assisting with the process. It was identified that an update and/or proposal
for presentation would be provided to the AAC at the next meeting in May.
Potential Proposal for Hangar Development
Nate Coyle stated that the airport had been in discussion with Joe Scott regarding a
potential proposal to construct a 23,000 sq/ft hangar in the triangle section of the airport.
A rendering of this potential development along with future hypothetical hangar
development in the triangle section of the airport was presented to the AAC for
consideration and discussion. Nate Coyle outlined a process for coordination of this
proposal stating that he felt the first step was to contact existing hangar/bare parcel
waiting list members to request similar proposals for construction of a hangar. A draft
tit letter was presented to the AAC, and comments for revision were provided by the group.
Following discussion of the proposal and proposed coordination process Rick Fereday
made a motion to recommend approval of the proposed hangar development as shown on

the rendering provided to the AAC, and issuance of the letter to hangar waiting list
members following inclusion of changes recommended by AAC members. Mark Thorien
seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
Airport Fly-In Update
Nate Coyle stated that the team of planners have continued their work to plan a fly-in and
open house at the airport on Saturday/I August and the morning of Sunday/2 August.
Nate Coyle stated that the next scheduled meeting was set to occur on Saturday/April 1
10 AM in the McCall Real Estate conference room.
Airport Consultant Qualifications Based Selection
Nate Coyle stated that the 5-year consultant period with T-O Engineers is set to expire in
December of 2015, and presented a draft Request for Qualifications (RFQ)to the group
for review.No comments for revision to the RFQ were made by the group. Nate Coyle
asked for a volunteer from the AAC to sit on the review/selection committee and Mark
Thorien volunteered to assist with the process. Finally, Nate Coyle stated that he would
intend to post/distribute the RFQ in late July for receipt of applications by 31 September,
and selection by 1 December 2015.
Airport Lease Rate Analysis
Nate Coyle handed the discussion over to Joe Corlett and Paul Dehlin for presentation of
an appraisal with a recommendation to set a new hangar/parcel lease rate for the airport.
Following the presentation questions and concerns were introduced by AAC members
and public attendees. After conclusion of questions and concerns,Nate Coyle stated that
he would review comments and have further discussion with the appraisers before
coming back to the AAC for a formal recommendation.
IAA—Treasure Valley Chapter Bike Shed & Bike Share Program Proposal
Nate Coyle identified a proposal from the Treasure Valley Chapter of the IAA for
placement of a shed and bikes on the airport for use by transient pilots at the airport. Nate
Coyle stated that he first wanted to confirm that the fit and use of space was appropriate
for the airport. The group identified that McCall Aviation does have bikes available for
transient pilots which can be requested at the counter, and Dan Scott mentioned that
McCall Aviation could reach out the IAA to offer storage of the bikes in the FBO facility.
Nate Coyle stated that this would be a good step and that if this was not a viable alternate
solution that use of space along the northeastern fence-line could be a convenient location
for this bike shed.

AIP 021 —Land Acquisition Update
Nate Coyle provided an update stating that an executive session was held on February 12,
2015 with City Council to discuss the land acquisition process and to prepare
transmission of revised written offer letters to landowners in mid-March.
Summer Maintenance Project—Phase II
Nate Coyle provided a reminder to the AAC that the final phase of the airport
maintenance project is to apply a second coat of markings to runway and taxiway/apron
surfaces. It was stated that this work would be completed in early June following
completion of routine airport crack filling that will be conducted by the airport. It was
stated that this work would incur a four-hour closure of the runway which would be
coordinated real time among airport users.
Valley County Airport Levy Discussion
During the February 5, 2015 AAC meeting Rick Fereday requested addition of an agenda
item at the next AAC meeting to discuss the Valley County Airport Levy that is allocated
to the airport from Valley County. Nate Coyle presented this agenda bill during the
meeting with a proposal to request assistance from an AAC member to review the
existing levy amount provided to the airport. Rick Fereday volunteered to assist Nate
Coyle with review of this levy. Nate Coyle stated that a follow-up would be provided to
the AAC once the review was complete along with a potential proposal for action, if
deemed appropriate.
AAC Charter Revision Follow-Up
Nate Coyle stated that City Council had approved the posed revisions to the AAC Charter
on February 26, 2015 as recommended by staff and the AAC. A final/approved copy of
the charter was provided to AAC members.
try USFS Helicopter Parking Pad Relocation Project
Nate Coyle presented information regarding a pending project to relocated two gravel
helicopter parking pads adjacent to the USFS aircraft parking apron. The two existing pad

currently violate the runway object free area for a B-II airport, and this relocation would
bring the pads into compliance with B-II standards. Dan Scott identified a long term
concern regarding the airport's planning efforts to meet compliance with C-II standards.
It was stated that this relocation would need to be temporary in nature and that a
relocation would need to occur once the airport achieved C-II status.
Airport Lease Rate Analysis—Appraisal Update
Nate Coyle stated that a draft appraisal had been received and that minor changes to the
report were requested before finalizing the report. Nate Coyle stated that a final report
would be sent out prior to the next AAC meeting, and that Joe Corlett and his staff would
attend the subsequent AAC meeting to discuss the report and answer questions.
Airport Fly-In Update (Results of 28 February IAA Meeting)
Nate Coyle stated that he attended a meeting with members of the McCall Chapter of the
IAA on 28 February. During this meeting these members voiced a desire to plan a fly-in
at the airport which contained an open house for public involvement.Nate Coyle stated
that he would assist the group with planning the event, which would be scheduled to
occur on Saturday/August 1S and the morning of Sunday/August 2"d
Airport Spring Staffing Report
Nate Coyle provided an update to the group regarding airport manning for the spring
season. It was stated that the Airport Ops Superintendent/Ben Gau would be out of office
until early May due to an injury but that the airport would have use of its seasonal
equipment operator until Ben's return to work.

41110 AAC Reappointment Recommendation Request
Nate Coyle presented a letter of interest from Mark Thorien for reappointment to the
AAC for a second term. A motion was made by Rick Fereday to recommend that City
Council reappoint Mark Thorien to the AAC. Matt Shaddle seconded this motion. The
motion passed unanimously.
Airport Tie-Down Vehicle Parking Update
Nate Coyle reminded the AAC of its previous recommendation to coordinate with
McCall Aviation for use of space to park privately owned vehicles owned by seasonal tie-
down members.Nate Coyle presented Ordinance Number 882/McCall Airport Rules and
Regulations, and asked for a recommendation regarding revision of the rules/regulations
to remove a portion of Section 8.16.3 (H) which currently states "Persons renting a tie-
down space may leave one vehicle in a parking space designated by the Airport when the
aircraft is absent from the Airport".Nate Coyle stated that this revision would support the
decision to restrict vehicle parking on aircraft tie-down spaces as directed by the FAA.
Matt Shaddle made a motion to recommend that City Council approve removal of the
aforementioned statement from the McCall Airport Rules and Regulations. Rick Fereday
seconded this motion. The motion passed unanimously.
Airport Lease Rate Analysis—Appraisal Update
Nate Coyle stated that he is still awaiting completion of this appraisal and that he would
distribute the report to AAC members upon receipt/completion.

2014 Airport Star News End of Year Advertisement Review
Nate Coyle presented a proposal to the AAC for publishing an end of year ad for the
airport to display the benefits of what the airport provides to the community along with
property tax information which identifies that property taxes produced by hangar owners
offsets investment from the surrounding community. Mike Pape offered to provide a
letter to the editor in support of this advertisement, and Nate Coyle stated that he would
coordinate with State Aeronautics prior to publishing the article. While reviewing
property tax information Rick Fereday requested a future agenda item to discuss the
Valley County Levy distributed to the airport, and Nate Coyle stated that he would add
this to the next AAC agenda.
Upcoming City Council Presentations
Nate Coyle stated that there were a number of upcoming presentations to City Council
and provided an update to the AAC to keep the group apprised of his efforts. The pending
presentations included:

Gene Drabinski identified a new part time Special Projects Manager position within the
City and stated that the airport manager had been selected to fill this role. Nate Coyle
stated that he was confident that he could continue serving as airport manager without
impact to service, and identified the personnel expense savings to the airport for work
completed outside of the airport department.
Approve Minutes from December 4,2014
A motion was made by Mark Thorien to approve the December 4, 2014 meeting minutes.

Nate Coyle agreed to meet prior to the 22 January City Council session to discuss the
report and prepare for the presentation.
Discuss Presentation to City Council for AAC Charter Amendment
Nate Coyle presented a revised AAC Charter for consideration by the group. Dan Scott
provided comments for revision, and all recommendations were incorporated into the
draft AAC Charter. Mark Thorien made a motion to recommend that City Council
approve changes as outlined within the draft AAC Charter. Matt Shaddle seconded the
motion. Motion passed unanimously. Nate Coyle stated that he would provide an update
to the AAC after presentation to City Council.
Airport Lease Rate Analysis
Nate Coyle stated that the appraisal to recommend lease rates was still in a work in
progress and that he would ensure that a copy is provided to the AAC upon completion
for review. Nate Coyle also stated that the appraiser, Joe Corlett, would provide a
presentation to the AAC and answer any questions at the AAC meeting following receipt
of the report. Dan Scott requested that Nate Coyle make it clear within the AAC meeting

announcements for which meeting this would occur, and Nate Coyle agreed that he

20:1 Obstruction Update
Nate Coyle had previously provided a presentation to the AAC regarding tree
obstructions within the 20:1 surface for Rwy 16. In December, the FAA Flight
Procedures Office approved a change to this surface which reduced the half-width of the
surface thereby eliminating many existing obstructions. Nate Coyle stated that the City
GIS office is in the process of updating LIDAR imaging data to confirm tree obstructions
within the revised surface, and that an update would be provided to the AAC when
available.
