RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF
AMUSEMENT C41v~S DISTRIBUTOR'S LICENSE
WHEREAS, application has been made to the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret for an Anmsement Games Distributor's
License for the Year 1995 by t~e following:
1. C. I. C. CORPORATION 135 Route 22 East
Springfield, NJ 07081; and
WHEREAS, said application has been investigated by the C&rteret
Police Department, in compliance with the Ordinance Regulating
and Licensing Anmsement Games, and the Carteret Police Departnnent
recommends that a License for the Year 1996 be issued to the
said applicant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk
be and is hereby authorized and directed to issue an Anmsement
Games Distributor's License for the Year 1996 to the applicant
hereby approved, upon receipt of the proper fee.
Adopted the 18th day of January, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 19, 1996.
