ARESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE
MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR EROSION &
SEDIMENT CONTROLS AND STORMWATER MANAGEMENT/
BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICE BETWEEN LOUDOUN COUNTY,
VIRGINIA AND THE TOWN OF LEESBURG
WHEREAS, the Town of Leesburg and Loudoun County, Virginia desire to enter into a
Memorandum ofUnderstanding for Erosion & Sediment Controls and Stormwater Management!
Best Management Practice; and
WHEREAS, The Director of Engineering and Public Works recommends the Town
execute the attached Memorandum ofUnderstanding.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that the
Town Manager is authorized to execute the Memorandum ofUnderstanding in the form attached.
PASSED this 14th day of November 2007.
