RESOLUTION AUll~RIZING THE ISSUANCE
OF A 1996 AMUS~M~I~T DEVICES LICH1NSE
WHEREAS, application has been mede to the Mayor and Council of
the Borough of Carteret for an Armsement Devices License for
the Year 1996 by the following:~
1. AMBROSIA II 1239 Roosevelt Avenue,
2. FIVE CORNERS INN 74 Pershing Avenue,
3. MISKO'S CAFE, INC. 139 Randolph Street,
4. T. J. GLASS 51 Wheeler Avenue; and
WHEREAS, saidd applications have been investigated by the Carteret
Police Department, in compliance with the Ordinance Regulating
and Licensing Amusement Gmnes, and the Carteret Police Departmmnt
does reconmend that a License for Amusement Devices for the Year
1996 be issued to each applicant.
NOW, THEREB)RE, BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk be
and is hereby authorized and directed to issue an Amusement De-
vices License for the Year 1996 to each applicant listed above,
upon receipt of the proper fees.
Adopted the 18th day of January, 1996
and certified as a true copy of the
original on January 19, 1996.
