ARESOLUTION : ACCEPTING THE PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, RELEAS ING THE
PERFORMANCE GUARANTEES, AND APPROVING
MAINTENANCE GUARANTEES FOR POTOMAC STATION
SECTIONS 8G & 81
WHEREAS, the developer of Potomac Station Sections SG and SI has completed the public
improvements in accordance with approved plans and Town standards and these have been inspected and
approved; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Engineering and Public Works recommends accepting the public
improvements and approving maintenance guarantees for Potomac Station Sections SG and. SI.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council ofthe Town ofLeesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The corporate surety bon ds from the Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in the
amount of $536,669 for Section SG; and in the amount of $411,133 for Section SI are released, and new
securities in a form approved by the Town Artorney for maintenance guarantees from the Liberty Mutual
Insurance Company in the amount of $26,S33.45 for Section SG; and in the amount of $20,556.65 for
Section SI are approved, and shall be in effect for a period of one year from this date.
SECTION II. This release is contingent upon delivery of aproperly executed instrument
conveying unto the Town all such improvements and easements free of any liens or charges.
