ARESOLUTION: EXPRESSING SUPPORT FOR BRIAN DEV AUX, B'Z BBQ, AND THE
MIGHTY MID GET KITCHEN
WHEREAS, the Mighty Midget Kitchen has been a prominent Leesburg dining destination
for many years; and
WHEREAS, the unique character of the Mighty Midget Kitchen has prospered with the
delicious offerings ofB'z BBQ for seven years; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council of Leesburg acted in the early 1990's to preserve the
heritage of the Mighty Midget; and
WHEREAS, there is a current need to express the Council's desire to keep a thriving B'z
BBQ in the Town of Leesburg.
THEREFORE, RESOL VED that Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia hereby
directs the Town Manager's Office to dedicate all reasonable efforts to help Brian DeVaux relocate
B'z BBQ within the Town limits.
