Monday, June 17, 1968 at 8:20 P. M.
Robert Roehl - Chairman in Cheir
Anna Dorweiler, Arnold Erdman, Robert Roehl, Tom Stevens,
Ted Lockwood and Russell Bouley present.
The minutes of May 20th read. Moved by Anne Dorweiler that the minutes be
approved as read.
Seconded by Arnold Erdman
Motion carried.
Discussion with regard to old houses as rental property. The Clerk is to call
the Minnesota League of Municipalities to get information with regard to
minimum standards for rental property.
Discussion with regard to changing to the Uniform Building Code. Russell
Bouley is ;-o:ing o find out the cost.
Moved by that e suggest to the Council that they revise
Section 14 of the Building Code to read that the penalty for failure to
get a building permit be one-half of the building permit or a minimum of
325.00.
Seconded by Tom Stevens
Motion carried.
Planning Commission wondered if the fee shhedule should be a printed insert
in the form of an ordinance.
Moved by Anne Dorweiler that the meeting adjourn.
Seconded by Arnold Erdman.
Motion carried.
