A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ENTERING INTO A UTILITY EASEMENT
WITH LINN COUNTY RURAL ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, the City of Tiffin desires to enter into a utility easement agreement
with Linn County Rural Electric Cooperative Association fora location near the
intersection of Jasper Avenue and Highway 6.
WHEREAS, the agreement includes'easement as determined by Hart Frederick
Consultants of Tiffin, Ia and'is for the puipose of placing electrical lines for transmission
over property location on Lot 4 Bigelow Subdivision and US Highway 6 within the City

of Tiffin;
NOW, THEREFORE, B.E IT. RES O*4LVED.BY THE.CITY COUNCIL OF
TIFFIN, IOWA, THAT THE the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized to sign documents
as required to provide utility easement with Linn County Rural` Electric Cooperative
