RESOLUTION NO. 2008-21
A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING TOWN STAFF TO ADVERTISE A PUBLIC HEARING
TO AMEND SECTION 1O-171(C)(3) OF THE TOWN CODE
WHEREAS, Section 10-171 of the Town Code specifies locations of parking meter zones
within the Town; and
WHEREAS, the Town Council finds it necessary to remove metered parking spaces on the
west side of North King Street between 17 North King Street and Cornwall Street.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia that Town
Staff are authorized to advertise a public hearing to be held on Tuesday, February 12, 2008, to
amend Section 1O-171(C)(3) of the Town Code.
