A RESOLUTION: AUTHORIZING TOWN STAFF ITO ADVERTISE A PUBLIC
HEARING TO AMEND SECTION 10~171(C)(3) OF THE TOWN CODE
WHEREAS, Section 10-171 of the Town Code sped1es locations of parking meter zones
within the Town; and I
WHEREAS, the Town Council finds it necessary to remove metered parking spaces on

the west side of North King Street between 17 North King StrFet and Cornwall Street.
THEREFORE, RESOLVED by the Council of the town of Leesburg in Virginia that
Town Staff are authorized to advertise a public hearing to bel held on Tuesday, March 11,2008,

to amend Section 1O-171(C) of the Town Code. I
