RESOLUTION NO. 2016-02-03
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TOWN MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT
FOR ATTAINABLE HOUSING CONSULTING SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FRASER,
COLORADO THAT:
1. The Town Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for attainable housing
consulting services in accordance with the attached proposal.
2. Authorized expenditures shall not exceed the approved the amount of $40,000 for the
work as outlined (including the Pro Forma).
