Minutes of November 17, 2008

Chair O'Reilly called the meeting to order at 6:40 p.m.
Present for the Committee were John O'Reilly, Jennifer Rabold and Steve Jones
Mr.O'Reilly explained the purpose of the meeting, to consider the administration's
recommendation that the Capital Plan request to repair and assess the Eddy School roof be
reduced from $50,000 to $14,000. So moved by Ms. Rabold, seconded by Mr. Jones and
voted unanimously.
Moved to adjourn by Mr. Jones, seconded by Ms. Rabold and voted unanimously at 6:41 p.m.
