The primary scope of work that the Contractor was to perform was to clear a 12-foot wide path to allow a trailer intended to haul televising equipment to enter and travel in this area. A secondary purpose was to provide a means for a future contractor to access this area for sanitary sewer repairs, cured in place lining, or sanitary manhole repairs that have to be performed. The extent of that work will not be known until MSA has completed the evaluation of the sanitary system in the programmed area. The amount of the Contract was $6,800.00. MSA evaluated the work completed by the Contractor on April 21, 2020. We found the work to be acceptable. Therefore, when invoiced, MSA recommends payment to the Contractor in full.
